About the Role
This is a fantastic opportunity for a detail-oriented and ambitious professional to join a growing company where teamwork, innovation, and career development are valued.
As part of Xenon's growing Service Desk Team, you'll play a key role in managing our Field Service Job Management System, coordinating field engineers, overseeing job documentation, and helping deliver an excellent service experiences to our clients.
You'll also gain hands-on experience across multiple areas of the business from scheduling and client communication to procurement and operations making this an excellent stepping stone for future career growth within Xenon.
Key Responsibilities
* Manage and maintain Xenon's Field Service Job Management System.
* Coordinate engineer schedules and workflows, ensuring projects are delivered efficiently.
* Prepare and review documentation such as job requests, reports, and compliance certificates.
* Oversee the engineer day works process from scheduling and issuing H&S documents to tracking progress and preparing invoices.
* Act as a key point of contact for customers, engineers, and internal teams.
* Manage incoming calls and emails, ensuring prompt, professional communication.
* Support procurement and stock management processing purchase orders, tracking deliveries, and maintaining records.
* Work closely with the Service Desk Manager and project teams to ensure seamless coordination across departments.
* Contribute to regular team meetings, offering insights and progress updates to senior management.
What We're Looking For
* Previous experience in field service coordination, administration, or a related role an advantage, but not essential
* Strong communication and organisational skills, with the ability to prioritise tasks and work to deadlines.
* A proactive, solutions-focused approach with strong attention to detail.
* Excellent IT skills, particularly in Microsoft Word and Excel.
* A positive, team-oriented mindset with a genuine interest in contributing to a growing business.
