We are looking for Full-time Chef de Partie to join out team in Donegal
Working Pattern: Monday to Thursday 7 am to 3 pm, and Friday 7 am to 2 pm.
As Chef de Partie bring your passion for high-quality, locally sourced food to a fast-paced environment where no two days are the same.
Job description:
* Oversee daily kitchen operations, ensuring exceptional food quality, presentation, and portion control
* Plan and engineer weekly menus on a monthly cycle, using fresh local produce
* Maintain tight stock control and food costings, keeping GP% targets on track.
* Lead by example on food safety, hygiene and compliance, including full kitchen documentation
* Train new team members on kitchen standards and procedures
* Handle client interactions professionally, managing compliments and complaints within agreed timeframes
* Keep all areas clean, secure and compliant with health & safety and audit requirements
Qualifications And Experience
* Proven experience working in a busy kitchen environment
* Recognised professional culinary qualification
* Strong knowledge of kitchen health & safety, legislation and HACCP
* Confident with costing, menu planning and stock management
* Calm under pressure, with excellent organisational and multi-tasking skills
* A true team player who can also work independently and take initiative
* Strong relationship and people management skills
