We are currently seeking a Sales Support Administrator to join our team on a 6-month maternity cover contract. This is an excellent opportunity for an organised and detail-oriented individual looking to gain hands-on experience in sales operations within a fast-paced business environment.Key ResponsibilitiesWork closely with the Team Manager and liaise daily with the Sales Team to provide high-quality administrative and operational supportMaintain and update customer records within the CRM systemProcess EDI orders and support integrations with online platforms and API data connectionsFollow up on ERP order workflows to ensure accuracy and timely processingConduct sales data analysis and assist with report generation and daily data maintenanceAnswer incoming phone calls and manage email correspondence in a professional and timely mannerRequirementsStrong proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly ExcelSolid understanding of EDI processesand API integration logicFamiliarity with CRM and ERP systems, such as Dynamics NAV or Business CentralExperience in the FMCG industryis an advantage, but not essentialExcellent communication skills in EnglishReliable, detail-oriented team player with a strong work ethic and consistent attendance
