Job Title: Medical Administrator

This is a fast-paced role that requires attention to detail.

We are seeking an experienced Office Administrator to support our team on a full-time, permanent basis.

Key Responsibilities:

* Patient administration and management support – scheduling patients and clinics.
* Providing excellent customer service skills across phone and in-person interactions.
* Answering phones, screening, and redirecting calls as necessary.
* Supporting managers with administrative tasks.
* General office support including filing and maintaining paperwork, correspondence, mail, and supply management.
* Additional duties as required.

Requirements:

* 1-2 years' experience in a medical or healthcare-related background.
* Proficient in IT – Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Patient Management Systems, Data Entry.
* Excellent communication and organisational skills with attention to detail.
* A positive attitude and ability to take ownership of tasks.
* Ability to deliver high-quality client service.
* Able to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
