An award winning architectural design office specialising in the design and delivery of residential, commercial, and retail sectors, have a new opportunity for an experienced Senior level RIAI Architect to join the team. The self-motivated Architect (RIAI) will have 10-15 years experience leading and managing architectural developments across various sectors. They will have a strong background in managing projects of varying scales, possess strong technical and design expertise and ensuring all building regulations, planning requirements etc meet industry standards and client specifications. This role offers the opportunity to lead projects from design concept through to completion, using BIM while managing a small team.
