Vickerstock are working in partnership with a well-established property developer to appoint a Site Manager on their newest site.
This is initially a 12 month contract, but with plans to extend that further to additional projects.
The Project
A €90m residential and commercial project up to 14 storeys, including a few basement levels, in Dublin.
What you'll need to be successful as Site Manager
1. Minimum 5 years experience management of Construction
2. Previous residential experience
3. Safepass
4. Manual Handling Training
5. Project Management Qualifications are an advantage
Your role as Site Manager
1. Management of sub-contractors
2. Manage compliance with Health & Safety on site
3. Manage procurement and site documentation
4. Attend regular management meetings
5. Assist with management of plant
6. Ensure quality of works
