We are currently recruiting for a Sous Chef to join the Airport kitchen management team.
Our award-winning food hall and bar produce all food on site, including pastries, breads, bakery products, soups, stocks, and sauces. We source locally and prepare fresh food daily.

Candidate requirements:
* Minimum 2 years experience as Sous Chef or similar role
* Excellent communication skills
* Desire to maintain high standards of customer service
* Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
* Flexible with working hours, including early mornings from 3 am
* Good command of English
* Impeccable self-presentation
