Job Description
Your new role will involve working as part of a busy finance team in Dublin City Centre. You will report directly to the financial controller and have a hybrid working arrangement with flexible start times.
You will be responsible for managing the creditors and debtors ledger, assisting with the preparation of month and year-end accounts, bank reconciliations, liaising with external auditors, dealing with queries, payment runs, and VAT returns. Additionally, you will contribute to payroll preparation tasks.

Requirements
To succeed in this role, you will need over 4 years of experience as a senior accounts assistant or bookkeeper in a busy finance team. Not-for-profit experience is preferred. You should hold an AACA/CIMA or ACA Part Qualified designation, or possess an ATI qualification. Strong attention to detail, effective communication skills, and the ability to work well under pressure are essential.
A strong understanding of accounting software and proficiency in Excel are also required. As a key member of our finance team, you will be expected to provide exceptional support and contribute to the smooth operation of our financial functions.
