My client, a leading commercial insurance provider with a reputation for excellence and a collaborative workplace culture, is looking for a Commercial Claims Executive to join their Galway Commercial Lines division. What you’ll do:
* Manage the end-to-end process of commercial insurance claims.
* Register and maintain accurate claim records, review policies, medical records, and other documentation.
* Liaise with underwriters, clients, and other stakeholders to gather necessary information.
* Provide timely updates and reports to clients on claim progress.
* Work collaboratively with your team to meet client needs and maintain compliance standards.
* Stay up-to-date with industry regulations and best practices.
Who we’re looking for:
* APA qualified - must
* Some claims handling experience - must
* Commercial Insurance experience
* Strong attention to detail and organisational skills.
* Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities.
* Team player who can provide exceptional client service.
* Demonstrates good technical knowledge of commercial insurance claims.
