Document Control Specialist
The Document Control Specialist plays a vital role in ensuring the accuracy, compliance, and efficiency of manufacturing documentation. This position requires a detail-oriented individual who can manage document revisions, system updates, and workflows to support production timelines.
Key Responsibilities:
* Create, review, and maintain manufacturing documents such as batch records, SOPs, MRSs, JDs, WI, logbooks, and forms
* Ensure documents are accurate, up-to-date, and compliant with regulatory and internal standards
* Coordinate document change control processes in collaboration with Quality Assurance
* Act as a superuser or coordinator for digital manufacturing systems, including MES, ERP, and DMS
* Support system troubleshooting, user access management, and training coordination
Requirements:
* At least 2 years' experience in a similar role in a corporate environment
* Technical skills in document control systems, regulatory knowledge, data management, software proficiency, and analytical & organizational skills
* Ability to work with cross-functional teams, including manufacturing, quality, and IT
