We work with some of the country's best-known brands to ensure their products and campaigns look outstanding in-store every day.We're now looking for an energetic, organised, and people-focused Territory Manager to take full ownership of service delivery across the Cork region.About the RoleThis is a hands-on, fast-paced role with full responsibility for the planning, performance, training, and support of our field-based merchandising teams. You'll be the link between our clients, our systems, and our people on the ground.You'll spend time in the field, working closely with merchandisers, while also managing scheduling, performance, recruitment, and quality from a commercial perspective.What You'll Be Responsible ForEnd-to-end delivery of merchandising and marketing services in your regionManaging, supporting, and motivating field-based teamsClear communication of briefs, schedules, and daily activityRecruitment planning to ensure adequate coverage and flexibilityTraining and onboarding of new and existing field staffMonitoring performance, quality, and KPIsManaging queries and resolving issues within agreed SLAsControlling costs, mileage, and field-based assetsEnsuring health & safety compliance at all timesWorking closely with Operations and Client Service teamsWhat We're Looking ForExperience in merchandising, POS placement, or field operationsStrong people-management and communication skillsExcellent organisation and time-management abilitiesConfident using Microsoft Office and digital systemsSolutions-driven mindset with strong attention to detailWillingness to be hands-on and work alongside field staff when requiredFull driving licence (preferred)Right to work in IrelandWhat We OfferCompetitive salary (€33k–€42k DOE)Car allowance / travel supportPrivate medical insuranceLaptop & phoneHybrid working modelA supportive, energetic team cultureReal opportunity to grow and develop within the business Interested?Apply via LinkedIn
