Job Summary
Right Group is a leading Mechanical and Electrical Engineering Company specialising in M&E services with a significant track record in the Water and Wastewater industries. We currently need a Project Administrator at our Head Office in Castleisland, Co. Kerry.
Compensation & Benefits
Salary: €30,000–€36,000 per annum, negotiable based on experience.
39‑hour week (Mon‑Fri).
Paid leave.

Responsibilities
Adding and updating new information to our company project tracker.
Liaising with project managers and clients regarding project scheduling, invoicing, etc.
Liaising with site‑based staff for issue/problem solving.
Monitoring budgets, KPIs, project expenditures and associated reporting.
Procurement of parts/equipment as required.
Working with client interface software system.
Logistics, stock and store control.
Project administration support.
Document control.
General admin support – HR, Operations.
Various other ad hoc duties as required.
Qualifications and Experience
Highly proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
Detail‑oriented with a desire to achieve excellence through initiative.
Exceptional organisational skills.
Good problem‑solving skills.
Ability to work to deadlines.
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
Attention to detail.
Preferred: 3+ years' experience in a similar role within an engineering environment (training will be provided as necessary).
