Operations Coordinator Role

We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Operations Coordinator to join our team. This dynamic role involves managing day-to-day operations, providing support to management, and assisting with engagement and fundraising initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

* Coordinate daily operations to ensure efficient workflow across departments.
* Schedule meetings, appointments, and events to support team activities and business operations.
* Maintain and update CRM systems to ensure accurate records of donors, clients, and partners.
* Track and analyze engagement data, generating reports to support relationship management and fundraising efforts.
* Assist the finance team with basic bookkeeping as required.
* Prepare reports, presentations, and documents to support the management team and other stakeholders.
* Manage budgets, expenses, and financial reports to ensure efficient resource allocation.
* Handle customer inquiries and resolve operational issues in a timely and professional manner.
* Collaborate with team members to improve operational processes, identifying inefficiencies and recommending solutions.
* Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures, including health and safety standards.

Requirements:

* A minimum of 3 years' experience in an administrative role.
* Experience working with CRM systems and databases.
* Previous financial administration experience, including bookkeeping, credit control, and payroll.
* Strong organizational and multitasking skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks.
* Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with a customer-centric approach.
* A proactive attitude, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
