Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Software Inside Sales Representative to join One Identity. This role is based in Cork with a hybrid model and focuses on the German-speaking markets in the Central Region. It is primarily an inside sales role with occasional travel to the region.
Responsibilities
* Sales Leadership: Drive sales of the Identity Security Portfolio in the Central Region.
* Rapid Region Development: Leverage expertise and networks to accelerate region growth and establish a strong market presence.
* Partnership Development: Cultivate relationships with local partners to craft and execute strategic action plans for mutual success.
* Customer-Centric Approach: Understand customers’ unique business challenges and align solutions accordingly.
* Complex Sales Management: Manage complex sales cycles involving multiple products across business units, especially in larger companies.
* Channel Account Management: Lead territory/regional channel account management, including account planning and accurate sales forecasting with partners.
* Sales Execution: Lead a range of sales and marketing activities from prospecting to closure following a structured channel sales process.
* Channel Relationship Building: Build and maintain strong relationships with key partners to drive growth.
* Cross-Functional Collaboration: Guide the sales process with support from BDRs, technical pre-sales, and marketing resources.
Qualifications
* Experience: 3+ years in software sales.
* Language Skills: Fluent in German and English.
* Methodology Familiarity: Proficiency with MEDDPICC methodology and willingness to apply it daily.
* Drive and Track Record: Highly motivated, target-driven with a proven sales record.
* Skills: Excellent selling, negotiation, communication, prioritization, and time management skills.
* Presentation Abilities: Ability to deliver tailored presentations for diverse audiences.
* Relationship Management: Proficient in relationship management and open to feedback for continuous improvement.
* Collaborative Leadership: Ability to provide direction and collaborate with partners, building long-term executive-level relationships.
