Payroll and Financial Operations Coordinator
This role involves the processing of weekly payroll for a large number of employees, preparation of management reports, maintenance of records in Payroll and Time Management systems, provision of support to the accounts department, handling invoices, reconciliations, expenses, and related financial tasks.
* A minimum of two years' experience in payroll processing with strong knowledge of Irish payroll legislation and Revenue systems is required.
* The ideal candidate should possess an IPASS qualification, excellent communication, analytical, organizational, and IT skills, with strong proficiency in Excel.
As a key member of the team, you will be responsible for ensuring that all payroll and financial operations are carried out efficiently and accurately. This includes managing employee data, processing payments, and maintaining compliance with relevant laws and regulations.
