Business Development Representative (BDR)
to join our growing team and help deliver an exceptional customer experience.
What You'll Do:
Handle inbound phone calls, internet leads, and customer inquiries
Schedule appointments for sales
Follow up with customers via phone, text, and email
Build rapport and create a positive first impression for our dealership
Work closely with sales leadership to maximize appointments and show and sold rates
Accurately log activity in our CRM system

Strong communication and people skills
Positive, professional attitude
Ability to multitask and stay organized
Customer-first mindset
Sales, call center, or BDC experience is a plus (but not required—we will train the right person!)
