We are seeking a highly skilled Manufacturing Operations Lead Engineer to join our team. As a key member of the Plant Network, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the company's manufacturing footprint by providing financial insight and analysis needed to guide strategic network decisions.
* This includes formulating and implementing strategic plans to drive overarching strategy and future direction of the Plant Network organisation.
* You will also participate in and lead cross-functional/divisional business forums and process improvement initiatives.
Your primary responsibility will be to direct teams to work effectively, building collaborative relationships with Manufacturing teams and supply chain agility of products.
