We’re seeking a Workflow Lead to join our Corporate Trust Client Services team in Dublin, Ireland.
In this role, you will:
* Work with high-value payment and trade instructions (Bonds, equities, repurchase agreements), verifying details before market release.
* Use industry knowledge to identify and streamline operational efficiencies, enhancing the client experience.
* Contribute ideas for process improvements to increase team efficiency.
* Coordinate with internal and external parties to resolve issues.
* Serve as a point of contact for junior team members and resolve client issues with them.
* Experience in products like asset-backed commercial paper, custody-securities, structured notes, and collateral monitoring is highly desirable.
To succeed, candidates should have:
* A bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
* Client service experience in financial services.
* The ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
* Strong analytical and communication skills.
* Attention to detail.
* Several years of relevant work experience preferred.
