What You'll Do: Design, organise, and facilitate arts and crafts activities that inspire creativity and enjoyment among residents.

Develop person-centred, creative programmes that bring joy, purpose, and self-expression.

Set up and maintain safe, inspiring activity spaces equipped for arts and crafts.

Encourage residents to explore different materials and techniques, from painting and pottery to knitting and seasonal crafts.

Build meaningful relationships with residents and the local community through shared creative experiences.

Maintain records of participation and progress in activities.

Promote and practise the ethos of person-centred, creative care.

What We're Looking For: FETAC/QQI Level 5 in Healthcare or a related field.

Training in Care of the Older Person, Dementia Care, or Palliative Care is a plus (or willingness to complete).

Valid certifications: CPR, Infection Control, Manual Handling, Safeguarding (training available if needed).

Experience working in elderly care within a residential setting.

Strong skills in arts and crafts such as painting, drawing, knitting, pottery, or creative design.

A warm, engaging personality with a passion for creativity and inclusion.

Full Irish Driver's Licence required.
