Business ContextCiti’s Fund Accounting Oversight function in Dublin is founded on three core principles:Always acting in our clients’ best interestsCreating economic valueMaintaining systemic responsibilityThe department delivers a market-leading oversight model and has experienced significant growth in recent years, supported by ongoing investment in technology, process improvement, and ethical standards.Key ResponsibilitiesClient Onboarding & Transition: Support the FA Vice President and Project Manager to ensure a seamless Fund Accounting onboarding process for a new client.Client Relationship Management: Act as the primary point of contact for key clients, building strong relationships, fostering growth, and effectively resolving escalations.Fund Accounting Oversight: Oversee offshore fund accounting operations to ensure accurate, timely, and compliant NAV production.Operational Escalation: Serve as a senior escalation point for critical operational queries and complex NAV-related issues.Risk & Compliance: Implement and maintain robust risk management, internal controls, and quality standards, ensuring full compliance with regulatory requirements and internal policies.Process Optimization: Drive and champion continuous process improvement initiatives to enhance operational efficiency, quality, and cost-effectiveness.Technology Implementation: Lead and support the successful implementation and adoption of system enhancements and new technologies.Leadership & People Management: Lead, manage, and foster the professional development of a high-performing Fund Accounting Oversight team, including performance management and strategic workforce planning.Qualifications & ExperienceMinimum of 7 years’ experience in Fund Accounting or a related financial services roleWorking knowledge of InvestOne Fund Accounting platform essentialPrior experience of new client onboarding from a Fund Accounting perspectiveStrong technical knowledge of end-to-end fund accounting and NAV productionDemonstrated leadership and stakeholder management capabilitiesHighly analytical with problem‑solving abilitiesOrganized with strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple prioritiesBachelor’s degree or equivalentWorking ArrangementAvailability to work flexibly within core business hours of 8:30am – 6:30pm.We OfferBy joining Citi Dublin, you will not only be part of a business casual workplace with a hybrid working model (up to 2 days working at home per week), but also receive a competitive base salary (which is annually reviewed) and enjoy a whole host of additional benefits that support you and your family to be well, live well and save well.Alongside these benefits Citi is committed to ensuring our workplace is where everyone feels comfortable coming to work as their whole self every day.
