Job Description
We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Warehouse Associate to join our team. This is a challenging opportunity that requires excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
The successful candidate will support the Warehouse Team with day-to-day operations, focusing on safety and quality, and committed to continuous improvement, teamwork, personal development, and delivery of best-in-class service.
* Execute Goods Receipting activities, ensuring accurate documentation and timely processing.
* Conduct Sampling activities using the American National Standards Institute (ANSI) method, maintaining strict adherence to quality control procedures.
* Pick and Kit manufacturing materials efficiently, meeting production deadlines and minimizing waste.
* Perform Cycle Counting activities, identifying discrepancies and implementing corrective actions to maintain inventory accuracy.
* Support Outbound Shipping and Logistics activities, including dangerous goods, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.
* Aid in the packout of Drug Substance, following established protocols to prevent contamination.
* Document material offload checks and sampling activities on eLogs, maintaining accurate records for audit purposes.
* Serve as a key user of the Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) system, COMET (SAP), and the Laboratory Management system, GLIMS.
* Participate in and drive innovative activities and ideas in the Material Availability hub to improve the value stream.
* Support Quality Event Investigations, providing Subject Matter Expert (SME) knowledge and contributing to root cause analysis.
* Act as a Qualified Trainer for Warehouse activities, developing and delivering training programs to enhance employee knowledge and skills.
* Maintain a high standard of Safety /GMP compliance, adhering to regulatory requirements and internal policies.
* Identify opportunities for performance improvement, leveraging cross-functional training and experience to optimize workflows and processes.
* Own Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for an operational area in the Warehouse, modifying training packages as needed.
* Specialize in one operational area in the Warehouse: Cell Bank Management; Cold Chain Logistics; Material Management; ERP System Superuser.
* Participate in Audits and GEMBAs as an SME, supporting Shopfloor problem-solving and contributing to process improvements.
* Engage with the Material Availability Tier 0 Board and the Material Availability Tier 1 Board, driving collaboration and excellence across teams.
Required Skills and Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you will require:
* At least 1 year's experience in a Good Manufacturing Production (GMP)-regulated environment.
* A Forklift license is desirable.
* An Education Level 6 – minimum.
* Experience using ERP systems at a manufacturing site.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office programs.
