Key responsibilities include:

* Providing expert advice to customers on a broad range of financial needs, particularly in the areas of Protection, Investment, Savings, and Pensions
* Working closely with regional and local management teams to support and drive the achievement of the Bank's Customer Financial Planning business and financial goals
* Dealing with the mass market customer segment to grow and retain assets under management, while generating wealth income through exceptional advice and customer service
* Supporting the development of key staff in assigned Business Centres/Branches, enhancing their ability to identify and engage clients with financial planning needs
* Developing and maintaining strong partnerships with colleagues across multiple channels to ensure that the Customer Financial Planning business is appropriately positioned

You will bring:

* Qualifications: Fully Qualified Financial Advisor (QFA)
* Experience: Preferably, experience as a Financial Advisor with a proven track record in client relationship-building and referrals
* Technical Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office
