Requirements
7+ years of HR technology or Oracle HCM implementation experience
5+ years of hands‑on Oracle Fusion Cloud HCM experience
Proven experience leading implementations across these Oracle work areas
Hands‑on experience implementing Oracle Learning Cloud and Oracle Talent Management
Lead configuration experience across Talent Management & Oracle Learning Cloud
Experience supporting data migration, integration testing, reporting validation, SIT, UAT, cutover, and hypercare
Strong communication skills, including the ability to explain complex topics clearly and simply
