Senior Transformation Experts are required for large-scale change programmes in Ireland. The role involves embedding within a major transformation initiative to document, analyse and redesign complex business processes impacting day-to-day operations.

The ideal candidate will have:
* 4+ years of experience as a Senior Business Analyst (mid-level and senior roles available)
* Proven experience in change management and operational transformation
* Hands-on experience in process mapping (as-is / to-be) and business process redesign
* Demonstrable experience working on large-scale change or transformation programmes
* Strong stakeholder management skills across multiple teams
* Able to understand end-to-end interactions between various teams and provide advice accordingly
