Job Title: Store Manager - Cork
Location: Cork City
Salary: €40,000 - €45,000 + Bonus
Contract: Full-time, Permanent
Training: Travel within Europe required for initial training
About The Role
We are seeking an experienced Store Manager to lead a busy, fast-paced retail store in Cork City. The ideal candidate will thrive in a high-energy environment, have a proven track record in retail management, and be able to drive both sales and team performance.
Key Responsibilities
* Lead, motivate, and inspire a high-performing store team
* Deliver excellent customer service and maintain high operational standards
* Drive sales and achieve KPIs through effective team management and commercial awareness
* Manage store operations, including stock control, merchandising, and cash handling
* Implement company policies and ensure compliance with health & safety regulations
* Monitor and analyse store performance, identifying opportunities for improvement
About You
* 2+ years of experience in a similar Store Manager role within a busy retail environment
* Strong leadership skills with the ability to coach and develop a team
* Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail
* Commercially minded with strong problem-solving abilities
* Comfortable working to targets and deadlines
* Flexible and willing to travel within Europe for training purposes
