Quality Assurance Quality Control Engineer
Mechanical QAQC Engineer required to support a small team on a pharmaceutical project, ensuring all piping installation and testing meets
GMP
and project quality standards.
This is a Monday to Friday role, best suited for someone who lives local to Athlone.
Location and Contract
Athlone, Ireland - 5 days per week, Monday to Friday.
6 month contract to start in January ****.
Right to work in Ireland.
Key Responsibilities
Inspect piping installation for GMP pharma systems
Ensure compliance with
ASME B31.3
and project specs
Review ITPs, welding documents, and material certificates
Monitor welding, NDT, and pressure testing
Verify material traceability and installation quality
Support punch list, mechanical completion, and handover
Requirements
Experience as a Piping QA/QC Engineer on pharma, DC, oil and gas projects
Strong knowledge of GMP and hygienic piping
Familiar with welding, NDT, and pressure testing
Good site QAQC and documentation experience
Right to work in Ireland
