Chef de Partie Job Description
We are seeking an experienced Chef de Partie to join our busy kitchen in Sligo, Ireland.
This is a full-time permanent position with 39 hours of work per week. The ideal candidate will have a la carte cooking experience and good interpersonal skills.
Responsibilities include working on main courses and starters, ensuring food quality and timely production for customers, helping manage stock, assisting senior chefs during service, and maintaining kitchen health and hygiene procedures.
Requirements:

* Able to work in a busy kitchen environment
* Good communication and teamwork skills
