On behalf of our client, a leading healthcare company, we are currently recruiting for a Clinic Manager. This is a full-time permanent position based in Co. Wexford.
Outline of Key Roles & Responsibilities
* The Clinic Manager is responsible for service planning, development, coordination, management of activity and resources in the clinic to ensure delivery of agreed service levels.
* Manage and lead the nursing & support teams in caring for patients with renal failure in our clinic.
* Oversee the local operational, quality, and vigilance management of the Dialysis Unit in Wexford, with support from the Renal Business Lead.
* Implement and assess standards of patient care and needs effectively.
* Manage the efficient use of unit resources, balancing quality and cost efficiency.
* Work in full accordance with HIQA registered person requirements and within local, corporate, and national policies and procedures.
* Provide professional leadership to manage and develop the unit team, promoting hospital values.
Responsibilities include:
* Finance & Business Management of the Clinic
* Education and Training planning for the team
* Quality & Care Management
Skills & Experience Requirements:
* Registered Nurse with the INMB
* Minimum of 5 years post-registration experience, with at least 3 years in renal care
* Management qualification is desirable
* People management experience is essential
* Financial knowledge related to healthcare and staffing resources
