Due to continued expansion we require a Commissioning Manager for Dublin-based projects.
Responsibilities
* Ensure familiarisation with and compliance to contract documents and procedures
* Oversee all stages of the project: Pre-construction & Planning, Construction, Testing & Commissioning
* Coordinate information and details in time for project delivery activities
* Ensure implementation of MEP deliverables on the project
* Ensure all M&E works are carried out to the highest safety standards
* Inspect all installation works against the agreed level of the approved quality plan
* Work collaboratively with the design team, M&E subcontractors, and the wider project team
Qualifications
* Relevant third-level qualification in Building Services, M&E, or Trade
* 5–7 years' experience in building services coordination
* Previous main contractor experience preferred; ideally with experience on data centre or industrial projects
* Excellent IT skills – knowledge of Revit/BIM and Microsoft applications
Salary
€110,000 – €130,000 per year
