Operations Manager (Facilities / Cleaning) Belfast Up to £50,000, car, pension plan plus more We are working with leading facilities management & services company to recruit their new Operations Manager to play a key role on the delivery of soft facilities / industrial cleaning services with clients across NI. Reporting into senior management you will; Lead and drive our Industrial Cleaning Division Liaising daily with your team, the senior leadership team, and clients Ensure projects run smoothly, manage multiple teams, support facilities works, and deliver large-scale industrial cleaning projects Maintaining high standards and values.
