Operations Manager
to join a well-established hotel property
The Role
The Operations Manager will be responsible for supporting the General Manager in the day-to-day operation of a busy, multi-department hotel. This is a highly hands-on role requiring strong operational leadership across departments such as Front Office, Food & Beverage, Accommodation, and Guest Services, ensuring consistent service standards and operational efficiency throughout the property.
Key Responsibilities & Requirements
* Proven
longevity and stability
in previous hotel roles
* Minimum
2+ years' experience in a Hotel Operations Manager (or similar senior operational) role
* Previous experience working in a
similar-sized or comparable hotel property
* Strong
decision-making ability
with confidence to manage issues in real time
* Highly
visible, on-the-floor leadership style
, leading by example
* Ability to coordinate and support
multiple departments
to ensure smooth daily operations
* Experience maintaining service standards, managing teams, and driving operational performance
Package
* Salary:
€45,000+ DOE
