Our large SME client is hiring a Payroll & Accounts Assistant, based outside the city. This is an exciting opportunity to join a growing company with a collaborative culture on a part time basis.
Responsibilities:
1. Process weekly payroll for 50+ employees.
2. Prepare payroll and related management reports as required.
3. Maintain and update records in Payroll and Time Management systems.
4. Provide support to the accounts department, including data entry, purchase order processing.
5. Handling invoices, reconciliations, expenses, and related financial tasks.
6. Assisting with payment runs and preparing reports.
Requirements:
7. Minimum of 2 years' experience in payroll processing with strong knowledge of Irish payroll legislation and Revenue systems.
8. IPASS qualification
9. Excellent communication, analytical, organizational, and IT skills, with strong proficiency in Excel
