Chef de Partie Role at a Busy Hotel
We seek an experienced Chef de Partie to join our busy kitchen in Tipperary.
* Work starters and main courses during service.
* Maintain food quality and production timeliness.
* Help manage stock levels.
* Assist head chef and senior chefs during service.
* Follow kitchen health and hygiene procedures.
This full-time permanent position requires a minimum of 2 years' chef experience and expertise in a-la-carte cooking.

Requirements:
