The Hotel
Rochestown Lodge Hotel is ideally located on the fringe of Dun Laoghaire town and short distance to Dublin city centre. The modern three star hotel offers 90 spacious guest rooms, bar, restaurant and a selection of meeting rooms. Facilities in the hotel include a 15 metre deck level swimming pool, gym and Spa.
The Role
Reporting to our Head Chef, you will require strong leadership capabilities and be able to run the busy breakfast service. As a Breakfast Chef you will be a professional, focused chef with a flare and passion for food presentation and attention to detail. We are looking for someone with experience working as a Breakfast Chef or Chef de Partie .
About The Role
Duties will include:
* Ensuring consistency and high standards of food for our breakfast service.
* Managing the operations of the kitchen during breakfast in an organised, hygienic manner at all times ensuring the HACCP regulations are adhered to.
* Assisting with mise en place and service for our busy lunch service.
