Job Description
ServiceNow is looking for a highly motivated and detail-oriented individual to join as a Marketing Data Specialist (IC2). In this critical role, you will support the execution of data-driven marketing strategies by managing segmentation, ensuring data quality, and enabling scalable, AI-powered processes. You'll play a key role in supporting geo marketing campaigns, improving data workflows, and enabling self-service analytics across the marketing organization.

What you get to do in this role:
Lead Global Segmentation Execution
* Own the end-to-end execution of global segmentation requests across the marketing organization.
* Develop and manage the quarterly roadmap for Target Account Lists and Smartlists to support geo-specific marketing campaigns.
* Evaluate scope, prioritize incoming requests, and determine the most efficient execution approach to fulfill hundreds of segmentation needs annually.
Drive Dashboard Enhancements and Self-Service Enablement

o Define business requirements for marketing dashboard enhancements in collaboration with Data & Analytics teams.
o Oversee prioritization, QA, and deployment of improvements aligned to the roadmap.
o Enable and educate marketers on new capabilities to increase adoption and self-service usage.
Leverage AI to Optimize Marketing Operations
* Identify opportunities to apply AI and automation to streamline workflows, reduce manual effort, and improve speed and accuracy across marketing and operations processes.
Ensure High-Quality Marketing Data Management
* Perform manual validation and upload of marketing data (approximately 15% of the role).
* Collect, query, standardize, and cleanse both structured and unstructured data to support campaigns and go-to-market initiatives.
* Conduct manual data reviews to ensure accuracy and completeness.
* Source and append third-party or internal data to enrich marketing datasets and improve targeting.
Maintain Data Integrity and Governance
* Conduct recurring audits of core data systems to ensure data accuracy, consistency, and reliability.
* Monitor and report on data hygiene metrics, sharing insights and recommendations with stakeholders.
Qualifications

* Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including formatting, lookup functions, formulas, and pivot tables.
* A high level of integrity and accountability in handling data as a critical business asset.
* Basic knowledge of SQL for data extraction, transformation, and analysis is preferred.
