About the Role:
We are seeking an experienced Food and Beverage Operations Manager to lead our dining venues, ensuring exceptional service standards.
* Manage daily operations of The Bistro and Hermiones Restaurant;
* Lead a team to deliver outstanding dining experiences;
1. A minimum 12 months experience in a similar role in a hotel or restaurant environment;
2. Strong knowledge of food safety regulations and HACCP procedures;
3. The ability to work under pressure and adapt to changing demands;
4. Budget management skills;
5. Analyze outlet KPIs; & assist in implementing improvements.
