Our client is top flooring supplier in Ireland, with their office located in Park West, Dublin 12. They are looking to bring on a dynamic HR leader to manage their HR department/processes, this role would be fully onsite.
About Your New Job
* Act as the first point of contact for all employee HR queries
* Manage and process the payroll
* Maintain and coordinate training requirements
* Oversee the full recruitment life cycle
* Conduct and support performance reviews, salary reviews, and remuneration benchmarking
* Manage disciplinary and grievance procedures
* Maintain and update employee records
What Skills You Need
* Minimum 4 years in a HR Generalist role
* CIPD qualification (Level 7 desirable)
* Strong knowledge of Irish employment law
* Experience in a standalone HR position or SME environment would be advantageous
