DECI Ltd is expanding across the Nordics and we are seeking an experienced Senior Commissioning Manager to lead commissioning delivery on a major hyperscale data centre project.
This is a senior leadership position within an established project team, with long-term regional pipeline and continuity beyond a single project.

The Role
You will take full ownership of commissioning strategy, planning and execution across complex MEP systems within a live mission critical environment.
You will be responsible for:
• Developing and managing the commissioning plan and programme
• Leading Level 3 to Level 5 commissioning activities
• Coordinating system walkdowns, tagging and punch management
• Driving IST preparation and execution
• Managing commissioning engineers and specialist vendors
• Ensuring documentation, test scripts and method statements are aligned with client standards
• Interfacing with client representatives, GC and MEP contractors at senior level
• Ensuring QA and HSE compliance throughout commissioning phases
Technical Scope
Experience should include commissioning oversight of systems such as:
• HV and LV electrical distribution
• UPS and generator systems
• Switchgear and transformers
• BMS and EPMS integration
• Chilled water systems
• CRAH and cooling infrastructure
• Fire detection and suppression systems
• Integrated Systems Testing
Candidate Requirements
• Proven experience as a Commissioning Manager on hyperscale or large data centre projects
• Strong electrical or mechanical background with full MEP understanding
• Experience delivering projects within Europe, Nordics experience advantageous
• Strong documentation, programme management and stakeholder coordination skills
• Comfortable leading commissioning in high-pressure mission critical environments
• Must have current right to work in Europe (no sponsorship options available at this time)
