Job Summary:
Lead the daily operations of the Reservations Department across all three properties, ensuring every guest inquiry is managed efficiently while maximizing occupancy and revenue.
Provide guidance and support to the reservations team, maintain accuracy across all booking systems, and deliver exceptional service at every stage of the guest journey
Key Responsibilities:
· Supervise and support the reservations team across our three hotels.
· Manage daily operations including calls, emails, online bookings (OTA/GDS), and PMS input.
· Ensure accurate and timely replies to all guest enquiries.
· Maximise occupancy and revenue through effective inventory management.
· Handle VIP/complex bookings and resolve guest issues promptly.
· Coach, train, and develop team members.
· Liaise with Sales, Revenue, Guest Relations, and Front Office to ensure smooth operations.
· Assist the Reservations & Revenue Managers with admin and projects.
Requirements:
· 1–2 years' experience in a similar role (4* or 5* hotel preferred).
· Strong customer service and communication skills.
· High attention to detail and organisational ability.
· Fluent English (written and spoken).
· Confident using PMS/Front Office systems (Opera, Tablepath or similar a bonus).
· Professional, friendly, and approachable with a passion for excellence.
