Retail Manager - Edenderry Excel Recruitment is currently seeking a motivated and experienced Retail Manager to join our client's busy convenience store in Edenderry, Co. Offaly. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of the store, providing excellent customer service, and leading a dedicated team. Salary: €40k - €45k Responsibilities: Overseeing all aspects of the store's operations, including convenience store management and customer service Leading and motivating a team of retail associates to achieve sales targets and deliver outstanding customer experiences Implementing and enforcing company policies and procedures to ensure compliance and operational efficiency Managing inventory levels, including ordering and receiving stock, conducting regular stock takes Developing and implementing strategies to drive sales growth and increase profitability Maintaining cleanliness and organisation throughout the store Handling customer inquiries, complaints, and feedback in a professional and timely manner Building and maintaining positive relationships with customers and suppliers Requirements: Previous experience in a similar role, preferably in the retail or convenience store industry Strong leadership and management skills with the ability to inspire and motivate a team Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Knowledge of retail operations, including inventory management, merchandising, and sales techniques Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required If you are interested in this Retail Manager job opportunity in Edenderry, then please apply to Nikki Murran via the link below.
