* Experience in software testing with
* Test leadership or test architecture role ideally in banking or financial services domain
* Proven experience establishing and governing testing strategies for complex, multi-team environments
* Experience with mobile application testing (iOS/Android), preferably React Native
* Track record of implementing shift-left testing practices
* Experience coordinating testing across multiple agile teams or value streams
Technical Skills
* Understanding of test automation frameworks and best practices
* Understanding of API testing and backend testing
* Knowledge of the test pyramid and balanced testing approaches
* Experience with CI/CD pipelines and quality gates
* Understanding of non-functional testing (performance, accessibility, security)
* Familiarity with test management and defect tracking tools
* Experience with metrics, reporting, and data-driven decision making
* Knowledge of risk-based testing methodologies
Leadership & Soft Skills
* Strong leadership and team coordination abilities
* High level of gravitas and C level stakeholder interaction
* Ability to influence
* Excellent communication skills with ability to present to senior stakeholders
* Experience making and defending go/no-go decisions
