Responsibilities
Take Projects from Design Stage & successfully Project manage & deliver on time & on budget.
Take Brief from Client / Design Team, relay information back to our Design Office to develop the Design.
Develop close working relationships with clients and design team alike.
Simultaneously manage a number of Projects on site with the support of our Design Department.
Carry out Site surveys, relay information back to the Design Office.
Issue Weekly Reports to Design Team & Monthly Cost Reports to Client & Design Team.
Witness commissioning of HVAC, Electrical & Life Safety Systems.
Snag the installation on completion.
Qualifications
Holder of a Third Level Diploma/Degree in Mechanical or Building Services Engineering OR hold a trade background (such as HVAC / Plumbing).
Experience of client, project team & contractor interaction.
Demonstrated ability to deliver projects on time & on budget.
Knowledge of Irish Building Regulations, CIBSE Design Guides, British Standards and Health & Safety Regulations.
Full Clean Drivers Licence – Irish or European (essential).
Skills & Attributes
Proactive with a strong ability to work independently and without supervision.
Excellent level of attention to detail and accuracy.
Self‑motivated and willing to demonstrate initiative.
Ability to lead projects from inception to completion, managing budgets, attending design team meetings, onsite inspections, and liaising with project teams.
Enthusiastic to train up on electrical aspects of the role.
Experience with IES, LEED, and BREEAM projects would also be an advantage.
Capability of managing contracts within timelines and budgets.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Strong customer focus, ensuring a high profile in the day‑to‑day running of the sites and a consistently strong link to all stakeholders.
Good communicator with the ability to work well, both independently, and with others in a multi‑functional project team.
