We are currently seeking an experienced and motivated Duty Manager for one of our clients reputable hospitality properties in County Sligo. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing daily operations, ensuring exceptional guest experiences, and supporting the smooth running of all departments. Key Responsibilities: Manage daily hotel operations in line with brand standards Supervise and coordinate activities of staff across various departments including reception, F&B, housekeeping, etc. Deliver excellent guest service and ensure customer satisfaction at all times Respond professionally and promptly to guest feedback and complaints Monitor staff performance and support training and development Ensure adherence to all company policies, procedures, and safety standards Oversee cash handling, shift reports, and staff rotas Act as the Manager on Duty in the absence of senior management Requirements: Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar role within a hotel or hospitality environment Strong leadership skills and ability to manage a team effectively Excellent communication and customer service skills Ability to multitask and stay calm under pressure Flexible to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required Salary & Benefits: Salary: Competitive, based on experience
