Key Responsibilities Define and deliver the organisation's data strategy in alignment with business objectives.
Act as the data champion at the executive level, influencing C-Suite stakeholders and driving adoption of data-driven decision-making.
Lead, mentor, and grow a high-performing data team across analytics, engineering, and governance.
Oversee data governance, quality, and compliance, ensuring robust and ethical data use.
Implement and optimise solutions within the Microsoft technology stack (Azure, Power BI, SQL Server, etc.).
Partner with business units to deliver insights, predictive models, and reporting that drive commercial outcomes.
Develop KPIs and frameworks to measure the impact of data initiatives across the organisation.
Stay ahead of industry trends, advising on innovation and emerging technologies that could add business value.
Requirements Proven experience in a senior data leadership role (Head of Data, Director of Data, or similar).
Demonstrated ability to influence and build relationships with senior executives and decision-makers.
Strong technical background with hands-on knowledge of the Microsoft data stack (Azure Data Services, SQL, Power BI, etc.).
Excellent communication, presentation, and storytelling skills with the ability to simplify complex data concepts for non-technical stakeholders.

Strategic thinker with the ability to balance long-term vision with immediate business needs.
