About the Role:
The Enterprise Risk Manager will lead risk management activities across the organization, collaborating closely with senior leadership and operational teams to identify, assess, and proactively manage key strategic and operational risks.
This includes developing and implementing a forward-looking risk management framework that aligns with the company's goals and objectives.
Additionally, the Enterprise Risk Manager will be responsible for designing and delivering risk training programs to ensure all employees understand their role in managing risk.

Requirements:
* Risk Management Certification: Relevant qualifications in business, finance, and risk management are required.
* Experience: 7-8 years' experience in a Risk Manager role within construction, engineering, or similar sectors is preferred.
