We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Business Operations Coordinator to join our team.
Key Responsibilities:
* Process customer orders with accuracy, ensuring timely delivery of products and excellent customer service.
* Liaise with internal teams to ensure stock availability and smooth operations.
* Maintain sales databases, CRM, and order tracking systems for efficient reporting and analysis.
* Prepare and issue sales documentation, including invoices, delivery notes, and order confirmations.
* Respond to customer inquiries in a professional and timely manner, resolving issues efficiently.
* Monitor sales orders and delivery schedules, following up on delayed or outstanding orders.
Requirements:
* Prior experience (1-3 years) in a similar sales support or business operations role, preferably in FMCG or retail.
* Strong organizational skills, ability to multitask, and manage competing priorities effectively.
* Excellent attention to detail, particularly with numbers, documentation, and order accuracy.
* Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel, and experience with CRM/order management systems.
* Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to interact professionally with internal stakeholders and customers.
* Problem-solving mindset, able to escalate issues or propose solutions proactively.
