Our client is seeking a dynamic and driven Business Development Manager to grow group sales and revenue across two leading hotels in Cork, focusing on the Meetings, Incentives, Conferences, and Exhibitions (MICE) market as well as leisure groups. This is a high-impact role combining proactive business development, account management, and strategic revenue planning.Role Overview:You will identify and secure new group business opportunities, build strong relationships with event planners and corporate clients, and collaborate with internal teams to deliver outstanding group experiences.
