Job Title: Financial Services Administrator
Honeycomb is delighted to be working with a wealth management firm based in Belfast to recruit an experienced Financial Services Administrator. This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our team as we continue to grow and expand our services.
About the Role:
We are seeking a highly organized and efficient administrator to support the success of our company. As the Financial Services Administrator, you will play a crucial role in supporting the company's growth and development by providing exceptional administrative support to our clients and staff.
Main Responsibilities:
* Respond to client enquiries and resolve complex issues promptly and efficiently.
* Update and maintain accurate and up-to-date client records.
* Prepare internal documents, including review summaries and withdrawal forms, to the highest standard.
* Assist in client meetings and complete compliance/provider paperwork accurately and on time.
* Ensure compliance across all MD cases, maintaining the highest level of professionalism and integrity.
* Manage the MD's diary and travel arrangements, ensuring seamless coordination and communication.
* Process new business applications and withdrawals efficiently and accurately.
* Support the day-to-day office administration and ad hoc tasks, demonstrating flexibility and adaptability.
Requirements:
* Prior experience working in a financial advisory firm (ideally in an IFA) is essential.
* Strong client-facing skills with proven experience in client interaction, excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel) and ability to learn new software quickly.
* High level of accuracy and attention to detail, with strong organizational and time management abilities.
* Desirable: Experience supporting or attending client meetings, knowledge of Intelliflo Office (IO) system, and familiarity with preparing suitability reports and cashflow models.
