Position: Technical Advisor (Building Physics, Fire, Acoustics and Energy Efficiency)Type: PermanentLocation: Dublin/HybridParker Stewart are partnering with a major construction and manufacturing organisation who are looking to hire an experienced Technical Advisor. This role will be based in Dublin and it will on a hybrid basis. A key function for this role is to provide support in the areas of Building Physics, Fire, Acoustics and Energy Efficiency.Key Duties:Handling of Technical Sales to internal and external customers, including active promotion of full product rangesSupport sales & specification teams (work with specifiers, merchants, builders and representative bodies on all matters relating to building systemsProficient utilisation of industry tools, including but not limited to BIM, Cad, U-value calculator, Thermal modelling and WUFI/Hygrothermal analysis softwareProfessionally develop and maintain a working knowledge of Safety, Building Regulations & other directives, regulations and standardsConsultation with Architects and other industry professionalsExperience & Qualifications Required:Relevant construction professional qualificationStrong ICT skills (particularly Microsoft Office)AutoCAD, Revit (desirable)Demonstrable strong technical experience within the construction industryMinimum 5 years' Technical support experience in business to business (b2b) sectorPlease apply with your CV in the strictest of confidence.
