About the Role

We are looking for a dynamic and visionary Global Account Director to spearhead our relationship with Nestle.

This strategic commercial role has global impact, offering you opportunities to explore and grow in a truly global environment.


Key Responsibilities

Craft and execute winning strategies:

* Develop and execute tailored strategies for the global account to drive long-term growth.
* Collaborate with cross-functional global leaders and regional account leads to identify opportunities and align initiatives.

Lead with innovation:

* Identify areas for growth on a short, medium, and long-term basis based on customer needs and Kerry's strengths.
* Prioritize and effectively lead global account efforts to optimize planning, enhance customer experience, and drive revenue growth.

Coordinate cross-functional teams:

* Manage and coordinate virtual, cross-functional account teams to present a consistent Kerry approach to this key customer.
* Address customer needs and technology strategies in developed global account plans.

Drive global collaboration:

* Work closely with Technology leaders, marketing, and strategy leads to ensure consistency across regions.
* Collaborate with global account managers, technical and innovation leads, and the director of marketing and strategy to ensure a unified approach.

Lead negotiations and partnerships:

* Take charge of global negotiations, agreements, partnerships, NDAs, JDAs, core list status, RFPs, and relationship matrices.


Qualifications and Skills

To succeed in this role, you will need:

* Demonstrated background in a similar role with significant exposure to senior management within a sales environment (global scope, managing relevant customers).
* Extensive experience and knowledge of the food and beverage industry, ideally across a range of markets (Flavours/Biotics/Specialty Ingredients background).
* Proven experience working in influence-based roles within a large, matrixed organization.
